Our coaching sessions are held on:
U14,16,18 groups Monday and Thursdays 7pm – 8.15 pm
U10 and 12’s Saturday mornings 10-11:15am
(Players should wear comfortable sportswear, rugby/football boots or trainers, a gum shield, and a water bottle.)
